If you are intending to file an application seeking urgent parenting or property orders you will need to act quickly as the Court deadline is 4pm on 11 November 2016. We can assist you to lodge your application in time—please contact us as soon as possible.
If your application relates to any non-urgent parenting or property matters then your matter is likely to be allocated a next available date, which for the Canberra Court will be when the Judges start hearing matters again in February 2017.
