We can help you with either a:
Free – first introductory and background conference.*
$300 paid legal advice via Zoom conference – for up to one hour for new clients.
Full fee paid legal advice conference – for example with existing orders, or if court proceedings are underway.
Depending on how we can help you, you can:
- Book a ten (10) minute call with our Practice Manager. You can explain your issue and we can guide you on the next best step.
- Provide us with some basic information on our contact form and we will call you back as soon as we receive your details if during normal business hours, or on the next business day.
- If you already know you will require paid legal advice on divorce, separation, property, children, or a binding financial agreement please provide additional detailed information to assist your lawyer. We will then organise a lawyer to speak with you, at a time convenient for you.

We are set in the medical and legal precinct of Deakin.
Our office is located on the first floor of the building. Wheelchair access to the building is from the car park. The lift is on the building front lobby. Please let us know in advance if you require assistance.
There is visitor parking at the rear of the building, but if that happens to be full, there is on-street free parking.
